Papas and beer is one of my all time favorite Mexican restaurants. The service is timely, the bean dip is dope, and the margaritas are on point. I have tried multiple dishes at Papas and Beer but my favorite is the warm fajita salad with steak as the protein. Best spot in Rosarito hands down. Always a good experience at Papas. All these guys know how to take care of their customers. They know how to have a good time and party. Don't come to Rosarito and not stop at Papas. Then that means you really didn't come to Rosarito.
